Our Mission is to serve others and change lives by building positive relationships with youth and families in West Monroe and West Ouachita;  empowering residents and businesses toward personal and professional renewal and revitalization.  We strive to provide opportunities for residents that promote growth, leadership, and responsibility in the areas of education, downtown and neighborhood development, beautification, litter abatement and grassroots organizing. Our goal is for the West Monroe  communities to be a safe place to live.
